Henchman wins top ranking in Chambers and Partners’ NewLaw guide

Our afterglow from the recent LexisNexis acquisition announcement still has to kick in while we’re already diving head first into the next one: Henchman has been named a global leader in the NewLaw 2024 guide by the leading independent professional legal research company and legal directory Chambers and Partners.

Chambers NewLaw independently researches and ranks the world’s leading LegalTech and LawTech platforms, alternative legal service providers and legal process outsourcing businesses, and other innovators in law. A ranking in Chambers NewLaw is the gold standard for innovative businesses like Henchman. As part of this new guide, Henchman has been awarded a Band 1 classification in the LawTech Contract Analysis category. The category takes into account LegalTech vendors that:

• Use technologies – such as AI and machine learning tools – to automate the processing and interpretation of contractual documents in the legal market and beyond
• Assist in due diligence and risk reporting and in repapering exercises
• Allows for a more data-driven approach to contracts held across a whole business
